AMA 1: Jonah Goldberg

Who knew Jonah's man crush was Brad Pitt?

Jonah announced a while back that he’d be doing a monthly AMA series on The Skiff, and now the debut episode has finally arrived.  Jonah is severely hung over from the previous night’s live show in New York, which leaves him with even less tolerance than usual for the embittered grumblings of Guy, his long-suffering research assistant. Together they field an  eclectic assortment of questions from you, our loyal members, on topics including Jonah’s Twitter addiction and relationship with religion, what young Americans should be taught about civics and government, the link between Trumpists and Birchers, and how the strange business of TV hits actually works. Be sure to tune in with your covfefe on hand.

Jonah Goldberg is editor-in-chief and co-founder of The Dispatch, based in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, enormous lizards roamed the Earth. More immediately prior to that, Jonah spent two decades at National Review, where he was a senior editor, among other things. He is also a bestselling author, longtime columnist for the Los Angeles Times, commentator for CNN, and a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. When he is not writing the G-File or hosting The Remnant podcast, he finds real joy in family time, attending to his dogs and cat, and blaming Steve Hayes for various things.
