Thomas D. Howes

Thomas D. Howes is the Editor-in-Chief of the Vital Center and the founder of the Reagan Caucus and Reagan Caucus Action. He is also a member of the James Madison Society at Princeton University and lectures in Politics. Along with James M. Patterson, he is co-author of Why Postliberalism Failed, to be published by the Acton Institute in 2026. He also has a nearly completed book manuscript with the preliminary title Natural Law & Constitutional Democracy.
