Matthew Levitt
Dr. Matthew Levitt is the Fromer-Wexler senior fellow and director of the Reinhard program on counterterrorism and intelligence at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. Levitt is an adjunct professor in security studies at Georgetown University and the author of Hamas: Politics, Charity and Terrorism in the Service of Jihad. Levitt previously served as deputy assistant secretary for intelligence and analysis at the Department of the Treasury and as a counterterrorism intelligence analyst at the FBI.
