Jennifer Brick Murtazashvili

Jennifer Brick Murtazashvili is a professor of international affairs and founding director of the Center for Governance and Markets at the University of Pittsburgh and a nonresident scholar at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She is the author of “Informal Order and the State in Afghanistan” and other books that focus on pluralism, the evolution of custom, and global security and development.
