The other day, a neighbor came over for a visit. As she walked through the door, she slapped her forehead and said: “Oh my god, I forgot to hydrate.” Not quite at the level of “Oh my god, I left my 4-year old at the supermarket,” but close. 

Our obsession with drinking bottled water, like much else in the current wellness zeitgeist, seems to be a bit off the rails.
