Valerie Smith is the Director of Talent and Operations at The Dispatch based in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining the company in 2019, she served as a chief of staff to a non-profit in Illinois. When Valerie is not helping to run the operations of The Dispatch, she is probably wrangling her two daughters or antiquing.
