A Better Way to Think About Old Age

What if aging were viewed not as decline, but as completion?

I am 20 years old, which means I am probably not the first person you’d pick to review a book about aging. I still regard back pain as something that happens to other people. But youth or early adulthood may also be the best time to consider what old age is for—before the culture’s fear of it becomes our own.
